Carol attended a meeting with the Conservatory District – Eli Long, for grants. Drove the roads for areas that may be available for funding. There is one spot on Prouty Road that needs a bigger pipe (Arch or Squash) head and wing walls. The spot is right above Roy Weidler’s home. At this time that is the only area that can be addressed by the Conservatory District. Carol will write a grant for it. The township will have to pay the labor costs as only materials can be purchased through this organization.
Old Business:
Clean Up Days – Dennis and Jeff worked Friday and Saturday accordingly. Total invoice from Foil’s Disposal – $1896.80 plus $100 for each employee. Much of the waste was taken by Taylor’s, including the scrap metal and appliances.
Inspected residents on Deering Run Road – Still working on gathering up debris. Still shows much improvement. Carol took new pictures before meeting.

Discussion – Box Grader – Rick, Jeff & Dennis inspected at Roulette Township – Dennis Report – Rick went and looked at it at AJ’S. Chris Howard recommends it. According to Chris Howard, we would only have to rent a grader every three years or so. Co-Stars Pricing is $2654.25 – Can be paid from State Funds.
